By accessing or using BPT Telecom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
BPT Telecom provides encrypted peer-to-peer voice calling between two individuals. The Service is provided for personal communication purposes only.
The free plan allows voice calls up to a maximum duration of 30 minutes per session. Upon reaching this limit, the call will be automatically terminated. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited call duration and additional features.
BPT Telecom is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or process any audio from your calls. Voice data is transmitted directly between users using end-to-end encryption (WebRTC DTLS-SRTP). We do not store call logs, call duration records, or personal information. Session data is permanently deleted the moment a call ends.
All calls are encrypted end-to-end. Your voice cannot be intercepted, recorded, or accessed by BPT Telecom or any third party. Signaling data is transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. Even our own servers cannot access your conversations.
You agree not to use BPT Telecom for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive communication. You are solely responsible for the content of your conversations. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
Room IDs and PINs are automatically generated by the system. You must not attempt to guess, brute-force, or fraudulently access another person's call session. Any such attempt may result in permanent IP-level blocking.
BPT Telecom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, call quality, or compatibility with all devices and browsers.
BPT Telecom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Last updated: May 2026.
